xXx: State of the Union (xXx 2) proves two things, Samuel L. Jackson will do anything for a buck and Vin Diesel wont. 
The real irony is that Samuel L. Jackson is a good actor and Vin Diesel really isn’t. Ice Cube does as expected in this American James Bond concept movie.
