Doctor Who Season 1, Episode 1: Rose brings the classic show back to life and reintroduces characters and story concepts.
I avoided watching this show for awhile because I was a fan of the original and didn’t want to see the horror of another bad remake. Luckily, I was way wrong and found they did an excellent job with the new series!
The Doctor is played perfectly and the effects are both well done and yet keep the same cheesiness that made the original effects fun.
