The Shield Episode 62, “Kavanaugh” introduces us to Forest Whitaker’s character, IAD Lieutenant Kavanaugh. Brilliant character portrayal of a seriously demented “good guy”.
Obviously, meeting an internal affairs character means the heat is picking up for the Strike Team.
