Watch Cast Away

Cast Away is one of those really good movies that is really hard to watch. The limited dialog makes paying attention surprisingly hard to do. However, the movie does a great job of telling the story without much dialog or even resorting to a diary style of narration.

I have to wonder if they pitched it to Tom Hanks as, “you get to play opposite a volley ball!”

The Da Vinci Code is a movie that does not paint the Catholic Church in a good light. Huh, who would have thunk?

The DaVinci Code is a suspenseful drama with some well thought out theories.

Ian McKellen is, as usual, excellent in this movie…. “Did that old cannabis charge finally catch up with me?”

Watch Charlie Wilson’s War

Charlie Wilson’s War is a decent history lesson. Unfortunately the movie itself seems a bit… condensed. Guess they couldn’t give it more time than they did. Still a good story and an enjoyable watch.
